Hulhumeedhoo Police arrests a person with 16 rubbers packets of illegal drugs
Addu Atoll Hulhumeedhoo Police Station has arrested a person with 16 rubber packets of alleged illegal drugs. With information the Police received on the 7th of February, the Police undertook a special operation the same day to arrest Shafraz Ali (24), Raihaanuge/ S. Hulhudhoo at 6.00 in the evening. 16 rubber packets of alleged illegal drugs were found in the pocket of Ali s jeans during his search.
The Drug Enforcement Department of Maldives Police Services and Hulhumeedhoo Police Station are investigating the case.
