The graduation ceremony was held at Iskandharu Building for the 9 officers who graduated from the one month long “Police Station Management Course”, ( Round 15) conducted by Police Academy of Maldives Police Service.
Graduates received certificates from the chief guest of the ceremony, Superintendent of Police Hassan Aseeth, who also spoke at this event.
In his speech, Superintendent Aseeth highlighted the role and duties of Atoll Commanders working in regions and stressed on the need for strengthening the friendly ties between Police and the citizens in provinces.
In this course, participants were equipped with information on management skills, leadership skills and the importance of laws.
Out of 18 participants who initially took part in this course only 9 officers successfully completed the course.
